This library is an unofficial Chinese UTAU voicebank of Tsukuyomi-chan.
It was created by converting Irunabara's voice into Tsukuyomi-chan's vocal tone using the official RVC model of Tsukuyomi-chan (© Rei Yumesaki). It is distributed in accordance with the terms of use of the official RVC model of Tsukuyomi-chan.

Although it is unofficial material, we would like for Tsukuyomi-chan's "Free Material Character" concept to expand outside of Japan. Therefore, we have not imposed additional restrictions on expression or commercial usage. For all circumstances not described in this license, please defer to the terms of use of Tsukuyomi-chan UTAU Voicebank (the official Japanese UTAU voicebank of Tsukuyomi-chan).

Credit Notation
When using Tsukuyomi-chan, it is required to add credit (certain exceptions apply to the UTAU library). There are two requirements for credit.
1. Please include the name "つくよみちゃん". This is the official spelling of Tsukuyomi-chan in Japanese.
Examples of credit notation:

- つくよみちゃん (Tsukuyomi-chan)
- Tsukuyomi-chan (つくよみちゃん)
2. Please include the fact that you are using the unofficial UTAU voicebank つくよみちゃんCXVC by IrunaBara. Examples of credit notation:

- Fanmade つくよみちゃんCXVC UTAU by IrunaBara
- IrunaBara's Unofficial つくよみちゃんCXVC Chinese voicebank
If you follow the examples in 2, requirement 1 will be automatically met.
* For uses that are exempt from credit obligation under the terms of use for the original Tsukuyomi-chan UTAU Voicebank, credit of Tsukuyomi-chan CXVC is also exempt.
*When using other Tsukuyomi-chan materials, additional credits may be required.

Commercial Usage
Tsukuyomi-chan CXVC may be used for commercial purposes, whether individual or corporate, without prior authorization from Rei Yumesaki or IrunaBara.
You may not re-sell any part of the library such as the original audio files, configuration file, or materials included with the library, or otherwise charge a fee to access them.
Restrictions on Expression
For detailed information, please refer to the "Tsukuyomi-chan character license" or "Slightly More In-Depth Q&A" on the Tsukuyomi-chan website.
You may not use Tsukuyomi-chan to criticize, attack, or call for the harassment of another person. You may not call for support or opposition to a specific political stance, religion, or ideology.
When using strong expressions such as sexuality, provocative language, or disturbing topics, please provide appropriate warnings.

Secondary Material
Please see the original Tsukuyomi-chan agreement for guidelines on posting different types of secondary materials. The following requirements apply in addition to the original license.
You may create and publish secondary materials created using the voice library and design created by IrunaBara. When publishing materials for others to use, you are required to add the following credits:

Secondary material must not violate the intellectual property of any other party. AI models trained using datasets collected without consent of the original authors are considered infringement under this agreement.
Regarding the Original Design and Illustration by IrunaBara
The design is created as a derivative Tsukuyomi-chan design referencing the official design by Rei Yumesaki, especially the A.I.VOICE costume.
You do not need to provide credit to IrunaBara for non-commercial works featuring the illustration or design, or when sharing the artwork on social media. However, you may not claim the design as your own original work. Please keep in mind the original credit requirement for Tsukuyomi-chan still applies.
You must provide credit to IrunaBara when using the design for commercial works. Please include the name of the design, "つくよみちゃん Unofficial Chinese Design by IrunaBara".
You may sell and create merchandise featuring the design using self-produced artwork.
You may use the original illustration on commercial audio works such as music CDs and on streaming services. You may not create other forms of merchandise, including but not limited to acrylic stands, charms, buttons, and prints, without authorization from IrunaBara.
The fabric patterns are provided for use as material and may be used in your own artwork for commercial or noncommercial purposes.
The following changes to the design are permitted:
- Changes of hairstyle, clothes, and color in derivative artwork
- Changes of size, color, and file format to the original illustration
- Use with restorative AI models that change image size or improve image quality
The following changes to the design are prohibited:
- Drawing on top of the original illustration
- Use with generative AI models
- Changes meant to shock, disgust, or are otherwise controversial
