Rules for Common Usage

Common Usage

- The name of this UTAU voicebank is "つくよみちゃんUTAU音源" (Tsukuyomi-chan UTAU Voicebank). Hereinafter, this is referred to as "this library".

- Tsukuyomi-chan is a Free Material Character that can be used even for commercial purposes. English Overview is here!

-I am Rei Yumesaki (夢前黎). I am in charge of planning, character design, and voice. Since I own the fundamental copyright, relationship of rights is clear and you can use Tsukuyomi-chan with confidence. Illustrations may be outsourced.

- This library can be used by anyone, whether individual or corporate, for commercial or noncommercial purposes.

- This library can be used not only as an UTAU voicebank, but also with software other than UTAU. You can also use WAV as sound materials for making collage works and development of singing synthesizer or speech synthesizer.

- Credits may or may not be required depending on what the library is used for. I apologize for the inconvenience, but please read and confirm the respective terms before use.

- Tsukuyomi-chan has various materials aside from this library. These other materials must be used according to their respective terms of use. For example, credits may not be required for this library alone, but if you use it together with illustration materials, you must credit in accordance with their terms.

*Whether you use official or unofficial illustrations, it's necessary to credit the illustrator and state that the character is Tsukuyomi-chan.

- You are free to modify this library, but redistribution has several restrictions. Please see the relevant section for details.

■個人・法人、営利・非営利を問わず、大抵のことにはご利用いただけます。

■つくよみちゃんUTAU音源（以下「本品」と呼びます）は、UTAU音源として使っていただくことはもちろん、他のソフトの中で使っていただくことや、原音のWAVを音素材として使っていただくことも可能です。

■クレジットは、用途によって必要な場合と不要な場合があります。お手数をおかけいたしますが、ご利用前に本規約をご一読いただきご確認ください。

■つくよみちゃんには、UTAU音源以外にも様々な素材があります。つくよみちゃんの他の素材は、それぞれの利用規約に基づいて使用されなければなりません。例えば、UTAU音源単独の使用であればクレジットが不要なケースであっても、一緒に立ち絵素材を使用した場合は、立ち絵素材の利用規約に基づきクレジットが必要になります。

■改変はご自由に行っていただけますが、再配布には制限があります。（詳しくは用途ごとの説明をご参照ください）

Depending on how you use this library, credit may or may not be required.

When credit is needed, please do as follows:

- List sm38875548 as the originating work. If you can use the Content Tree (コンテンツツリー), register sm38875548as a parent work.

- Add the tag "つくよみちゃん" when possible.

*Neglecting to add the tag is not a violation of the license. If you want to further organize videos by genre, reduce number of tags, etc. you could attach a more specialized tag such as "つくよみちゃんオリジナル曲" (Tsukuyomi-chan original song).

クレジットの義務がある使い方をした上でニコニコ動画に投稿する場合は、コンテンツツリーの親作品として「sm38875548」を登録し、できるだけ「つくよみちゃん」というタグをつけてください。

※タグはつけなくても規約違反にはなりません。また、ジャンル分け、検索避け、タグ設置数の節約などをしたい場合は、「つくよみちゃん」ではないタグをつけていただいても構いません。（例：つくよみちゃんオリジナル曲）

Restrictions on Expression (Almost None)

Tsukuyomi-chan likes to make people happy, so she will do most things you ask.

Even if you are rough with her, she won't mind as long as it follows the terms of service!

However, there are a few exceptions. Whether your claim is justifiable or not, you cannot use her for the following activities:

- Activities that criticize or attack people

- Activities that call for support or opposition to political thought, religion, ideology, or ideas that prescribe "a correct way of life"

There are no restrictions on expression otherwise, but if a creation might evoke a strong emotional response (such as gore, sexualization, character death, or otherwise distressing media), please add relevant content warnings.

If you need a more detailed explanation, please refer to "Tsukuyomi-chan Character License" and "Deeper Explanations". Since the creator allows such extremes, I hope you'll feel free to use her however you like!

つくよみちゃんは人を喜ばせることが好きなので、頼めば大抵のことはやってくれます。

これにより、「何をやらせても公式設定通りなので安心してこき使える」という仕組みになっています！

ただし、人を批判・攻撃する活動や、特定の政治的立場・宗教・思想への賛同または反対を呼びかける活動にはご利用いただけません。

それ以外の表現については制限はありませんが、刺激の強い表現が含まれる場合は、必要に応じて注意書きやゾーニングを行ってください。

Creating Music Works (Excluding Music Materials)

These rules apply to normal usage of the UTAU voicebank, such as posting videos. They apply regardless of whether it is a cover or original song.

普通にUTAU音源として使って動画投稿等を行う場合はこれに該当します。オリジナル曲であるかカバー曲であるかは問いません。

When used as the main vocal

You must clearly state that you are using Tsukuyomi-chan's UTAU library. The user may write this as they wish, but please note the following points:

- If you used Tsukuyomi-chan's illustrations, you are required to add relevant credits for that material.

Vocal: つくよみちゃんUTAU音源 (Tsukuyomi-chan UTAU Voicebank)
Illustration: [Name of artist] [Distribution link]

*Videos made with the UTAU voicebank are uniquely exempt from having to denote Tsukuyomi-chan as a "Free Material Character", linking the Tsukuyomi-chan website, and adding "© Rei Yumesaki".

- Since many things use the name "Tsukuyomi", it would be best to introduce her as "Free Material Character Tsukuyomi-chan(つくよみちゃん)", but it is not mandatory.

- I would appreciate if you linked the voicebank distribution page [ https://tyc.rei-yumesaki.net/material/utau/ ] or the homepage of the Tsukuyomi-chan website [ https://tyc.rei-yumesaki.net/ ], but it is not required.

- When posting to NicoNico Douga, list sm38875548 as the originating work. If you can use the Content Tree (コンテンツツリー), register sm38875548as a parent work. If possible, please add the tag "つくよみちゃん".

- Tsukuyomi-chan's name will always be "Tsukuyomi-chan". If you search for just "Tsukuyomi", or use an alternate honorific such as "Tsukuyomi-san", you will most likely be unable to find the correct information. Please always use the suffix "-chan".

- If you want to include the name of Tsukuyomi-chan's creator and manager, "Tsukuyomi-chan UTAU Voicebank (CV: Rei Yumesaki)" or a similar format could be used.

- In addition to an UTAU voicebank, Tsukuyomi-chan's voice may be produced by text-to-speech software, audio recorded by Rei Yumesaki, or even user-made dubbing with a different voice entirely. Therefore, if you write only the character name "つくよみちゃん (Tsukuyomi-chan)", it may not be clear that you are using the UTAU voicebank.

「つくよみちゃんUTAU音源」を使っていることが分かるようにクレジットを記載してください。表現方法はお任せいたしますが、次の点にご留意ください。

■つくよみちゃんのイラストと組み合わせて動画を作成した場合は、イラストを使用する際のクレジット義務が加わるため、次のようなクレジットを入れていただくことになります。

■歌：つくよみちゃんUTAU音源
■イラスト素材：○○様（配布URL）←配布されている素材ではなくあなた専用のイラストである場合は「イラスト」等としてください。

※UTAU関係の動画については、例外的に「フリー素材キャラクター」「つくよみちゃん公式サイトTOPページのURL」「© Rei Yumesaki」の表記を免除いたします。

■ツクヨミという名前は被る可能性があるため、「フリー素材キャラクターつくよみちゃん」としてご紹介いただけると助かりますが、強制ではありません。

■音源配布ページのURL（https://tyc.rei-yumesaki.net/material/utau/）か、公式サイトTOPページのURL（https://tyc.rei-yumesaki.net/）を併記していただけると嬉しいですが、強制ではありません。

■上述した通り、ニコニコ動画に投稿する場合は、コンテンツツリーの親作品として「sm38875548」を登録し、できるだけ「つくよみちゃん」というタグをつけてください。

■つくよみちゃんは「つくよみちゃん」という名前のキャラクターです。「つくよみ」や「つくよみさん」だと、検索しても「つくよみちゃん」の情報に辿り着けない可能性が高いため、「ちゃん」づけでの表記をお願いいたします。

■中の人の名前を併記したい場合は「つくよみちゃんUTAU音源（CV.夢前黎ゆめさきれい）」などとしてもOKです。

■つくよみちゃんの声には、UTAU音源以外にも、トークソフトや公式CVの夢前黎の声、さらには「ユーザーによるアテレコ」も存在し得るため、「歌：つくよみちゃん」等の表記ではUTAU音源であることが伝わらない恐れがあります。UTAU関係の作品であることが明らかなタイトルや説明がついている場合はお気になさらなくて大丈夫です。

When used for harmonies, instrumentation, or a minor role

Credit for this type of usage is optional.

If you are using other materials such as illustrations, you are required to add relevant credits. Please see the terms of use for each individual material.

クレジットを記載していただくかどうかは任意です。

イラスト素材等の他のつくよみちゃんの素材を使用している場合は、そちらのクレジット義務が別途加わる可能性があります。各素材の利用規約をご確認ください。

When used in music for sale or distribution

If your work is sold or distributed in a way solely for people to listen to, please creadit in accordance with the "main vocal" or "harmony, instrumentation, or minor role" instructions above. It does not matter if the music is free or provided for a fee.

If you sell or distribute your work as a material (i.e. allowing secondary creation from your work), please see the next section.

素材としての利用（二次利用）を許可せず、鑑賞用のデータとして配布・販売するのであれば、上記の「メインボーカルとして使用する場合」または「ハモリ・コーラス・楽器・ちょい役として使用する場合」と同じ規約でご利用ください。

Creating Music Materials

Music material refers to music that has approval for use as BGM for videos, games, etc. It does not matter if the material is free or provided for a fee.

This library can also be used for production of music materials. Regardless of whether you use this library as an UTAU voicebank or cut and paste WAV data, the procedures are as follows:

- Including credit is optional.

I understand there are many cases where no space is provided to write credits on music distribution or sales sites, or such credit would look jarringly strange. Due to this, credit is not required like in ordinary music production. Of course, if crediting is not an issue, I would appreciate it!

- You do not have to require users of your music material to credit Tsukuyomi-chan UTAU Voicebank.

I do not prohibit you from requiring credit. You are free to determine what kind of credit you require or don't require when people use your music material.

- Please note, there are some prohibited actions.

You must prohibit redistributing of your music material, with or without alteration.

Do not publish your music material with a license allowing use as sampling material for music production or sound effects.

Publishing your work in the public domain or within a Creative Commons license is prohibited. (Of course, it is unavoidable that the copyright protection period stipulated by law will expire.)

音楽素材とは、動画やゲーム等のBGMとして使用することが第三者に許可されている音楽のことを指します。無料であるか有料であるかは問いません。

本品は、音楽素材の制作にもご利用いただけます。

UTAU音源として使う場合でも、WAV素材としてコラージュのように切り貼りして使う場合でも区別なく、次のようにお取り扱いください。

■クレジットを記載していただくかどうかは任意です。

音楽素材の配布・販売サイトでは、クレジットを記載するスペースがない（スペースがあったとしても、記載すると“浮く”）ことも多々あると存じておりますので、通常の音楽作品とは異なりクレジット義務はなしとします。もちろん、支障がない場合は記載していただけることを歓迎いたします！

■音楽素材のユーザーにも、つくよみちゃんUTAU音源のクレジット義務はありません。

クレジットを義務付けることを禁止しているわけではありません。音楽素材の利用時にどのようなクレジットを求めるのか、あるいは求めないのかは、あなたが自由に決められます。

■ただし、禁止事項もございます。

第三者による再配布は、改変の有無にかかわらず禁止としてください。

音楽制作や効果音制作のための素材（サンプリング素材など）として使えるライセンスで公開しないでください。

必然的に、パブリックドメインやクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスでの公開も禁止となります。（もちろん、法律で定められた著作権の保護期間が満了するのは仕方のないことです）

■個別に特別な使用許諾を求める場合は、夢前黎にご相談ください。

Creating Non-music Materials

If you want to distribute the data as materials outside of a music scope (sound effects, etc.) or software meant for such materials (such as a program that generates sound effects), we will judge whether it's permissible on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Rei Yumesaki to discuss it.

Please note that I may be unable to meet your expectations, or I may provide conditions and fees.

If you want to use the material in your personal work, with no intention for distribution, please follow the terms of the Usage in collage music, MAD videos, etc. section.

If you want to use data for the production of singing synthesizer or speech synthesizer, please follow the terms of the Use for research and development of voice technology section.

音楽以外の配布用素材（効果音等）や素材制作ソフト（効果音生成ソフト等）の制作に使用したい場合は、個別に可否を判断いたしますので、夢前黎にご相談ください。

こちらから条件・料金等を提示させていただく場合や、ご期待に沿えない場合もございますことを、あらかじめご了承ください。

配布用素材の制作のためではなく、自分の作品の中で素材として使いたいということであれば、「コラージュ音楽やMAD動画等の素材にする場合」の規定に従ってください。

音声合成ソフトの制作に使用したい場合は「音声技術の研究・開発に使用する場合」の規定に従ってください。

Usage in collage music, MAD movies, etc.

Collage music refers to music that is created by cutting and pasting audio data (WAV, MP3, etc.).

MAD movies are a type of collage work made with audio and video. By cutting and pasting voices, creators of MAD movies make characters speak and sing in a different way than the original. This practice is popular in Japan. For the sake of convenience, I will refer to all works using this technique as MAD movies.

A credit template has been provided. If the same information is kept, you may write your own format.

If you want to distribute or sell collage music as materials, please follow the terms of the Creating Music Materials section.

次のようにクレジットを記載してください。意味合いが同じであれば、表現方法は変えていただいて構いません。

Splicing only consonants with vowels from other vocalists or speakers

The consonants of another voice can be replaced with Tsukuyomi-chan's.

Since Tsukuyomi-chan's voice quality does not carry over, credit is not required.

If you want to distribute or sell a dataset that only includes consonants, please follow the terms of the Creating Non-music Materials section.

If you include vowels, credit is required because Tsukuyomi-chan's voice quality will be maintained. This usage would follow the same terms as the Usage in collage music, MAD movies, etc. section.

要するに「子音のすげ替え」です。そんな使い方をしてもOKです！

つくよみちゃんの声質は表に出ませんので、クレジットを記載していただくかどうかは任意です。

子音だけ集めたデータセットを配布・販売したい場合は、「音楽以外の素材制作に使用したい場合」の規定に従ってください。

母音を使う場合は、つくよみちゃんの声質が表に出るためクレジットが必要です。クレジット方法は「コラージュ音楽やMAD動画等の素材にする場合」の規定に準じます。

喋らせる場合（HANASU）

本品から、歌声ではなく話し声（のように聞こえる音声）を作成する場合についての規約です。UTAU音源として使用するか、WAV素材として使用し技術を駆使して喋らせるかは問いません。

つくよみちゃんとして喋らせる場合／キャラなしのナレーション等に使用する場合

あなたのもとでのつくよみちゃんの言動は公式のものではないということが、第三者に正しく伝わるようにしてください。と言っても難しく考える必要はなく、こちらでご用意している「説明とクレジット」の例文をコピペしていただければOKです！

喋らせる内容については、つくよみちゃんキャラクターライセンスに準じたものにしてください。

人を批判・攻撃する言動や、特定の政治的立場・宗教・思想への賛同または反対を呼びかける言動への使用は禁止されています。それ以外の表現については制限はありませんが、必要に応じて注意書きやゾーニングを行ってください。

他キャラクターへの声当てに使用する場合

つくよみちゃん側としては、他のキャラクターにつくよみちゃんの声を当てていただくことも歓迎しています。

まずは、声を当てる先のキャラクターが、他人の声によるアテレコを許可しているかどうかをご確認ください。

例えば、つくよみちゃんは、公式CV以外によるアテレコを利用規約内で明確に許可しています。

アテレコをしても問題がないことが確認できましたら、次のようにクレジットを記載した上でアテレコにご利用ください。

【例２】○○：CV.つくよみちゃんUTAU音源（非公式アテレコ）

音源配布ページのURL（https://tyc.rei-yumesaki.net/material/utau/）も併記していただけると嬉しいですが、強制ではありません。

声を当てる先のキャラクターのイメージが悪くなることがないようにご配慮ください。

音声技術の研究・開発に使用する場合

下記の中から用途を選んでクリックし、利用規約をご確認ください。

・①研究・開発に使うが、音声は外部に公開しない

・②研究・開発に使い、動画等で音声を公開する

・③声質を使用した音声合成ソフト等を公開する

①研究・開発に使うが、音声は外部に公開しない

本品や、本品の声質を用いて合成された音声を外部に公開しない場合は、何の制限もありません。ご自由にご利用ください。

発音パターンの学習にのみ使用するなど、「元の音声」や「声質」が表に出ない場合は、本項（①）に分類します。

②研究・開発に使い、動画等で音声を公開する

研究・開発の成果を発表する際などに、本品の声質を用いて合成された音声や、本品そのものをサンプルとして公開する場合は、次のようにクレジットをお願いいたします。

音声合成（「声質の学習」など、より具体的に説明しても可）には、フリー素材キャラクター「つくよみちゃん」が無料公開している音声データを使用しています。
■つくよみちゃんUTAU音源（CV.夢前黎）

本品の声質を使用した音声合成ソフトを自作し、配布はせず自分だけで使用して、その音声合成ソフトに関する発表以外の動画・講演等（ジャンル不問）に話者として使用する場合も、本項（②）が適用されます。

喋らせる内容については、つくよみちゃんキャラクターライセンスに準じたものにしてください。

③声質を使用した音声合成ソフト等を公開する

次のようなご利用も可能です。ただし、クレジットは必須です。

■つくよみちゃんUTAU音源の声質が使える歌声合成ソフト、声質変換ソフト、文章読み上げソフト、その他の音声合成ソフト等を公開する。（音響モデルやAPIの状態での公開など、つくよみちゃんUTAU音源の声質を第三者が利用できるようにする行為全般を含む）

■有料・無料、広告収入の有無、ユーザーに対して商用利用や成人向け表現を許可するかどうかを問わず可。

■PCソフト、スマホアプリ、WEBアプリ、その他いずれの形式でも可。

■つくよみちゃんがメインであるか、ソフト内で選べる複数の声質・キャラクターの中の１つに過ぎないかを問わず可。

万が一、適切なクレジット表記のないままソフトがリリースされてしまいますと、

つくよみちゃんがあなたのオリジナルキャラクターであると誤解される
つくよみちゃんUTAU音源が誰でも無料で利用できるものであることが伝わらなくなる
誰の声を元にしているか分からなくなる

といった問題が発生する恐れがございます。

そのため、リリース前に夢前黎にメールをお送りいただき、双方の合意の元で、クレジットの仕方について取り決めをさせていただければ幸いです。

しかし、夢前黎の死亡・傷病により連絡が取れなくなる可能性や、「公式のチェックを受けたくない」と感じる方がいらっしゃる可能性も考慮して、次の文面を目立つところに十分な文字サイズで掲載する場合は、ご連絡は不要といたします。

本ソフトウェアの音声合成には、フリー素材キャラクター「つくよみちゃん」が無料公開している音声データを使用しています。

その他の利用規約は次の通りです。

声質のデータを、つくよみちゃん以外のキャラクターの音声合成ソフトの制作に無断で利用しないでください。そのようなご希望がある場合は、まずはご相談ください。

音声合成ソフトから出力した音声を、つくよみちゃん以外のキャラクターの声として使用すること（アテレコ・吹き替え）は可能です。

音声合成ソフトのユーザーに対して、ソフト使用時にクレジットを義務付けるかどうかはあなたの自由です。
※つくよみちゃんキャラクターライセンスにおいては、つくよみちゃんのご利用時にはクレジットが必須であるとしておりますが、本件については例外といたします。

上記の特例により、音声合成ソフトから出力された音声にはクレジットの義務は発生しませんが、つくよみちゃんの他の素材は、それぞれの利用規約に基づいて使用されなければなりません。例えば、音声と一緒に立ち絵素材を使用した場合は、立ち絵素材の利用規約に基づきクレジットが必要になる場合がございます。

音声合成ソフトの利用規約において、出力した音声を次の目的で使用することを禁止しない場合は、事前にご相談ください。
■人を批判・攻撃すること。（「批判・攻撃」の定義は、つくよみちゃんキャラクターライセンスに準じます）
■特定の政治的立場・宗教・思想への賛同または反対を呼びかけること。
■刺激の強い表現をゾーニングなしで公開すること。
■他者に対して二次利用（素材としての利用）を許可する形で公開すること。
※鑑賞用の作品として配布・販売していただくことは問題ございません。

つくよみちゃんプロジェクトは、表現の自由を尊重しています。適切なゾーニングが実施されている限りにおいては、成人向け表現や残酷な表現についても制限を設けておりません。

音声合成ソフトの利用規約は、本品の利用規約に反しない範囲で、あなたが自由に設定することができます。例えば、あなたが「商用利用や法人での利用は禁止したい」と思えば、そのようにすることができます。

音声合成ソフト（「ソースコードの一部のみ」「音響モデルのみ」等の状態も含む）の改変・再配布を許可する場合は、それを行うユーザーに対して「つくよみちゃんUTAU音源に由来する部分の取り扱いについてはつくよみちゃんUTAU音源の利用規約に従うこと」を義務付けてください。

音声合成ソフトを販売する場合は、夢前黎には無料で提供していただけると嬉しいです。（強制ではありません）

夢前黎に音声の収録を依頼したい場合、共同開発やコラボレーションを希望される場合、監修が必要な場合、プロモーションへの協力を依頼したい場合は、こちらをご参照ください。

改変・再配布について

■改変はご自由に行っていただけます。

■本品をUTAU以外の音声合成ソフトで使用できるようにした場合、配布せず自分が使用するだけであれば、夢前黎からの許可は必要ありません。しかし、個人的に興味がありますのでご連絡いただけると嬉しいです。

■改変の有無や用途にかかわらず、再配布をしたい場合はメールでご相談ください。改変したものを再配布したい場合は、どのように改変したのかもお知らせください。

こちらから条件・料金等を提示させていただく場合や、ご期待に沿えない場合もございますことを、あらかじめご了承ください。

■例外として、次の場合は、改変の有無にかかわらず再配布が可能です。なお、再配布されるデータにも本規約が適用されます。

■本品がダウンロード不能な状態となっており、その旨を夢前黎に伝えようとしても連絡が取れず、夢前黎のネット上での活動も半年以上確認できなくなっている場合。
この場合は、「オリジナルの配布URLにアクセスできなくなっているため、利用規約に従って第三者が再配布している」ということを説明した上で、無料で再配布していただけます。データに改変がある場合は、その旨もご説明ください。その後夢前黎が復活し、再配布の終了をお願いした場合は、その指示に従ってください。
